Setting: Ocean View Sun Splash Suite, also known as C301, is perched above and overlooking the beachfront A building. It is located on the top floor of building C and it takes up one half of the top floor. The 01 side of the top floor has the best views out towards the Pacific Ocean. Sun Splash Suite is located just steps from the adult pool and Wailea Beach.

Beach Access: Stroll past the water features and beautifully planted gardens to the gorgeous golden sand crescent shaped Wailea Beach. Also at the beach access is the Wailea Beach Villas Adult Pool & Hot Tub Spa. At the beach you can snorkel, swim, scuba dive, kayak, paddleboard, and sometimes surf or boogie board when the waves are up! The Adult Pool & Hot Tub Spa is staffed with Pool Attendants who will help place a reclining chaise lounge on the beach for you. Towel and water service, and beach equipment services are included complimentary.

Pool: Yes Sun Splash Villa C301 is located just a short stroll from the adult pool and a natural free-form lava rock encircled whirlpool spa, both of which are exclusive to the Wailea Beach Villas. A second pool and whirlpool spa for families, as well as an extensive gym and fitness center are conveniently located below the "Penthouse/Tower" building. Both pools have attendants for help with towels and other services.

Outdoor Spa: There are two open-air star-lit free-form whirlpool hot tubs within the lushly landscaped grounds.

Description and Details

Central A/C: All rooms have central air conditioning with individual room air conditioning controls. All rooms are equipped with whisper quiet remote-control ceiling fans.

Security System: Attentive security personnel patrol the grounds of the Wailea Beach Villas for guest security.

Home Size: Approximately 3,500 square feet including the outdoor terraces.

Villa Electronics: The Great Room and each of the three bedrooms at Sun Splash C301 are individually equipped with HD digital cable service, CD/DVD players, and large flat panel televisions with Neflix and iPod alarm clock radios. The Great Room has an HD DVR to record your favorite programs while at the beach.

Internet Access: Complimentary high speed wireless internet service is provided as well as several ethernet jacks for hard wire internet high speed connections.

Office: A desk is provided in the great room with an array of office supplies as well as an answering machine, and a 3-in-1 multi-function scanner/printer/copier. To send or receive a fax use the fax at the business center located in the main lobby, that is equipped with two Dell computers and a printer. It is open from 7:15 am - 10:00 pm daily.

Safe: A complimentary in-villa safe is available.

Sofa Bed or Futon: This villa does not have an extra sofa bed. Occupancy for six guests is provided.

Gym or Exercise Equipment: Residents-Only Air Conditioned Gym and Fitness Center situated conveniently within Wailea Beach Villas will provide a good selection of work-out equipment. Use is complimentary for guests. The gym features Hoist brand bicep and tricep pull, leg-press, multi-press, lat pull-down, leg extension, hamstring curl. Free weights, resist-a-ball, mats. Two recumbent bikes, 2 treadmills and 2 eliptical trainers, all Precor brand with televisions. Showers and Lockers at Pool.

Billiard Table: Downstairs in the lounge on property. Also, nearby at several bars and lounges, including the always fun Mulligan's Irish Pub at the Wailea Blue Golf Clubhouse, which provides nightly entertainment.

Bar or Wine Refrigerator: Multiple refrigerated drawers are provided as well as a built-in outdoor bar fridge.

Security deposit plus credit card guarantee is requested for this property, plus a separate incidentals deposit for guest requested special services. The security deposit may be reduced for repeat guests on subsequent visits.

Service Charge: A Reservation Service Fee will be collected with the initial payment in the amount of $95.

Initial Payment: 50% of total rate & taxes

Final Payment: 60 days prior to arrival

Housekeeping

Out Cleaning: $0

Housekeeping Provided: Light daily hotel-style housekeeping service is provided complimentary for full rate reservations. The service includes re-making the beds, disposing of rubbish, replacing supplies, changing towels, and a quick general tidy-up. Every 3-4 days a more thorough mid-week service is done that includes a bed linen change and additional cleaning. Our villas are extremely well stocked with an abundant supply of towels, blankets and extra bed linens. Additional service may be requested in advance at an additional cost. Personal laundry service is not provided during the daily service, however our housekeepers are available to shuttle your personal dry cleaning and laundry to a near-by professional clothing dry cleaning and laundry service. Within the villa there is a laundry room with a washer/dryer, laundry supplies, and multiple irons and ironing boards (in master bedroom closets). There is no housekeeping service on National Holidays.

Extra Housekeeping Fees: Additional housekeeping typically costs $35 per person per hour plus GE tax, with a 3 hour minimum. Advance notice is requested. Subject to availability.
