Sun Splash Villa, also known as J506, is on the fifth floor with full panoramic ocean views location in center of the "Tower Building" building close to the family pool, spa, fitness center, business center and lobby. This nearly perfect central location is most convenient to access The Shops at Wailea and the Grand Wailea Resort. There is no need to rent a car! Walk to everything, including fine dining, shopping, spas, salons, and all types of recreation and pampering.
Beach Access:
Stroll past the lovely cascading waterfall and beautifully planted gardens to the gorgeous golden sand crescent shaped Wailea Beach, as well as to the Wailea Beach Villas Adult Pool & Hot Tub Spa. At the beach you can snorkel, swim, scuba dive, kayak and sometimes boogie board or surf when the waves are up! The Adult Pool & Hot Tub Spa is staffed with Pool Attendants who will help place a reclining chaise lounge on the beach for you.
Pool:
Yes The Sun Splash Villa is on the ground (5th) floor above the family pool, hot tub spa, Business Center and Fitness Center. A second pool for adults with a natural free-form lava rock encircled whirlpool spa is just a short stroll down slope towards Wailea Beach. Both pools have attendants for help with towels and other services. Both pools are heated with relatively shallow design for maximum heat retention.
Outdoor Spa:
There are two open-air star-lit free-form lava rock encircled whirlpool hot tubs within the lushly landscaped grounds outdoors, including one just steps from your private elevator.
Central A/C:
All rooms have central air conditioning with individual room air conditioning controls, providing for all guests to set their own preferred temperature. If the doors are left open, the air conditioning will temporarily recess until the doors are closed again. All rooms are equipped with whisper quiet remote-control ceiling fans.
Security System:
Attentive security personnel patrol the grounds of the Wailea Beach Villas for guest security.

The Great Room is equipped with a DRV HD digital cable box. Each bedroom has a digital cable box. The Great Room also has an HDMI DVD/CD, iPod dock, and central stereo which can be controlled separately in each room throughout the villa.

Complimentary high speed wireless internet service is provided as well as several ethernet jacks for hard wire internet high speed connections for guests without wireless receivers in their computers.
Office:
A work area is provided. For your convenience there is a complete array of office supplies stocked as well as an answering machine, and 4-in-1 fax/scanner/printer/copier. To send or receive a fax use the personal fax machine provided in your own villa. Separately, there is a formal Business Center located in the main lobby, that is equipped with two Dell computers and a printer. It is open from 7:15 am - 10:00 pm daily.

There is a den area separated from the Great Room which closes off with a bed for a third sleeping space.

Housekeeping Provided:
Complimentary mid-week cleaning is provided for every 7 nights reserved at the full published rate. Our villas are extremely well stocked with an abundant supply of towels, blankets and extra bed linens. There is plenty of inventory to suffice for several days. Within the villa there is a laundry room with a washer/dryer, laundry supplies, iron and board. There is a pick up and drop off available within the resort for a professional dry cleaning and laundry service. Personal laundry and grill cleaning is not performed during this service. We ask that guests leave the washer/dryers available and that the kitchen be in reasonably tidy and sanitary condition at the onset. Over Christmas and New Years housekeeping is provided daily.
